On behalf of the Working Group on Indigenous Food Sovereignty and the Wild Salmon Caravan Planning Teams, I would like to express our deep gratitude for your contributions of time, money, energy and/or expertise. Your contributions have enabled us to plan and coordinate a rapidly expanding mutual aid network that has come together so powerful across cultures to host the Wild Salmon Caravan 2017 in communities from the Salish Seas to Secwepemcul’ecw.
I am blown away by the huge level of response which gives me faith that we can make the changes needed in our world, by responding with strength and resiliency.
Your contribution will go along way to help raise awareness of wild salmon issues, concerns, situations and strategies and will send a message to our global audience a message of deep and meaningful truth and reconciliation with Indigenous peoples as it has recently been proclaimed by various levels of society.
